All Car Carpets

Was meant to have my carpet dispatching within 30 days of my order. It’s now been 90 days without any contact about where my carpet is, despite over half a dozen phone calls asking to be updated and being promised a call back. Waste of time and money, if they can’t fulfil the order they shouldn’t be accepting payment to begin with. Probably the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.

Warning do not I repeat do not pay any money to this company for carpets for your car . I am a long standing car dealer that has a large collection of old Aussie cars , I have contacted all car carpets by email and phone and all I have been told is a pack of lies . He does not manufacture rubber floor mats they are all outsourced.I do have Dave mobile number which I would be happy to share . I urge people to go to consumer affairs or current affair , this company should be shut down .he has promised that he would pay me , obviously another lie ..If he can’t afford to pay someone back $445 it’s a disgrace. , I’d rather donate the money to the flood victims , not to this lying Dog

Rang for carpets and assured me they would be sent the next day but only had secondhand carpet to suit my car.Paid $540 over the phone.2 months later no carpet, no emails,not returning calls and can’t find the new address to “pop in”their mobile is disconnected, scammers

Ordered simple product with underlay, order #5998, on 11 July 2021, was told 4 weeks, then 6 to 11 weeks, it is now 1st of march 2022, this product was meant to be fit out for a wedding vehicle, now I just want my money back to pay for food and supplies for my family. I have left multiple emails, messages, phone calls and have had 0 response as per the messaging service.If you value your business, money, time and all round dignity, please do not use all car carpets, find ANY other business!

BE AWARECouldn’t deliver my order.Ordered in May 2022, come September I asked for a refund after being told in July my order will be ready in two weeks.October still waiting for my refund after numerous requests for refund.Have had to lodge with ACCC, maybe this action will assist me to get a refund.I should have read the google reviews prior to giving them $366 for my car carpets.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - not even worth the one star- have reported them to scam watch, netsafe, local police in NZ and Australian police and the federal trade commission fraud office. over 70 emails to them with not one reply until I threatened legal action - got a reply within 2 hours! 70+ phone messages left with one return call with excuses and assured me would have in a week - it now I think 2 months. They have provided 2 times so called proof of the refund but it never arrives in our account? Every excuse they come up with they contradict from previous excuses. Today i get an email to what I have to do". This confirms I was never going to get refund or our carpet. The international phone number has now been disconnected but they are still selling online and taking money. Everyone - report this place to all the above frauds offices and any other you can find to stop them ripping anyone else off."

*****DON'T USE THIS COMPANY***** have waited over 14 months for this order to be filled. Had family visit the factory and was assured 2 weeks" thay was over 2 months ago. now we are back to no answer to calls

Don’t waste your time with this mob. Ordered some simple flooring with underlay in May last year (2021), it’s now March (2022) and I haven’t received anything. After fruitless emailing to them, they said they’d issue a refund which never happened. I managed to call them a few weeks ago, and they said my request was labelled urgent. Since then I haven’t been able to contact them at all. Absolute waste of time; take your time, money and brain cells elsewhere so you don’t get ripped off.

Took our money but did NOT deliver within timeframe and from there we could get no response regarding a refund. Should have read the other reviews before we ordered. Not happy Jan. Rip off.
