Would not use this company again. Not only did they forget that they were booked to service our pool that day until I rang them, but they came unprepared without the proper equipment. He was unable to test our pool water because his machine was broken. He asked us to use our equipment (chlorine, vacum head) instead coming with the equipment he needed. The worst problem was that he emptied half our pool of water while attempting to clean our pool. Even then the job was not complete and we will have to hire someone else to finish the job.EDIT - Brunsdon pumps have returned and added chemicals to our pool free of charge.

Straight up lied to me when they sold me an Inverter Heat Pump as part of a pool package on the claims it would cost $400 a year to run, it cost me $400 in the 1st month I ran it. That's either a major lack of product knowledge or the fore mentioned.

horrible service only there to force you to but a new pump.Took a broken pump for repair. after 2 months of delay and avoidance, was initially told pump was repairable. later told pump not able to be repaired. Sorry constantly changing. I got fed up and tool it to another local shop for $170.unwilling to work just wants you to buy a new pump every time.Avoid.

They are thieves all right, i went in there yesterday to buy a Davey pressure pump (TF50J) for my water tanks, the guy told me that it got discounted to $449 from $539. Minutes later, while waiting to pick up my daughter from school, i had a chance to check the price online, blown me away when i found out ASCtanks store in Hallam selling for $218!! I went back to the store ask for refund but they wouldn't give it back. Stayaway from these crooks.. Any suggestion how to recover my hard earn $$$ much appreciated.

I had Brent replace a sump pump in June, and would highly recommend his business. I received a quote on a Tuesday, and had him booked to have a replacement pump installed by Friday. Work was done at the highest standard!!

Been going to this store for 6 years now. Everytime I need help or advice they have always been helpful and recommend what I need. Had a salt chlorination pump which had custom fittings and they came in an replaced the whole unit and pipes for under $2000. Good service and would recommend to everyone.

Never had such bad customer service in my lifetime. Took a pump into get looked at paid $50 no report, not notified when it was finished being looked at then was told it was stuffed and that the $50 would be taken off the price of a new pump. I ordered a new pump which cost me $650 + $50 I had previously paid. To look and see it on the Internet for $600. I was told it would be expressed in but after me contacting Brunson many times speaking to many different people who were pleasant and helpful at the time but if they did follow up they did not keep me informed which is very frustrating. I received my pump 1 month after ordering? I like to support businesses and I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra if it came with the customer service.

Contacted Brunson Pumps via email initially to discuss an issue with my water pump and get a tentative quote. Service Manager replied quickly with a quote. I replied via email (about 30 min later) asking to go ahead with the job/book a time. No reply. Called the store the next day and spoke with the service manager who, literally, had a 15 sec conversation with me. Advised me ‘he needed to speak to the service team and would email me back with a time’ before shy of hanging up on me. That was 5 days ago. No email (as he reassured me) or phone call with an appointment time. But I must thank this company for their crappy customer service. You’ve saved me money truth be told given the advice from Jason at Rainwise Coburg was spot on. Didn’t realise making an appointment time was so difficult.
