We moved from Ballarat to Melbourne. It was very easy; your movers were very professional and responsible, and the charges were reasonable. They handled and packed everything carefully. Their communications was also great. I recommend them to anybody. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

Had a pleasant experience moving. The movers were professional and helpful. Didn’t dilly dally and covered the whole house and gave advice on what to send in the truck or in the car. Also the move was two flight of stairs on both ends not a scratch at all. Recommend for professionalism and value.

Honestly can't reflect in words how genuinely appreciative I am of all the help and assistance throughout the process. Would recommend them to anyone. Hard working, efficient and friendly! The move rate was good. I was happy to pay extra as there was an unexpected issue with the couch being too large for the apartment lift.The items came safely into my place.I did have a few concerns:I had all but it items upstairs a mattress and a large cupboard. I was never asked if the house was double story if I did it would have been disclosed. All other items were on the ground floor. They complained about that to a family member that was there. They did not wear masks in the house and I had to tell them also when they arrived to the apartment to wear one.When they told me the extra cost of the couch he did not appear happy about it although I got charged more an extra 2 hours, I’m not complaining about the cost it was the attitude. After all the items were in they still finished in time and then proceeded to wait for the payment and I was not going to pay until the invoice arrived. I had to call again in front of them to confirm this. I had one item left upright. They did not even help bring it back down and I had to move the item with help from my family. I’m a bit disappointed with the experience.
