I certainly would NOT recommend BJ Shellharbour, nice ppl, but do not take care and not a professional job - They damaged my wheel and denied it was their fault/problem.This was the only place to get the tires I wanted for the car.Had no problems with Zoran, but unfortunately my wheel was damaged.Zoran said the way their machine works in an elliptical manner it could not do the 'downward' damage. However, there has been some form of damage by a Tool". The damage was not present prior to having the tires changed at Bob Jane Shellharbour

Brock is amazing and always best to deal with. He always goes out of his way to help me no matter the effort required. I can trust him with my car and know that I will receive the best service possible. I would not trust anyone else other then Brock!

Fantastic customer service and prices. Zoran and the team are very helpful. Got 4 new tyres put on today and a wheel alignment. Would highly recommend for anyone needing new tyres or wheels.

The tyres I wanted are on the car, with the price matching guarantee.I appreciate the response from Bob Jane and the team at the Shell Harbour store getting this resolved. The tyre I wanted (listed on their website) is available from Tempe Tyres for $140 less per tyre. But, you know, who wants to drive to Tempe?I get a response from a nameless person, stating that the tyres are not available from Pirelli. That’s it. Cynically, my mind immediately jumped to the idea that this is a pretty convenient get out for not delivering on the price matching guarantee. But, you know, it’s probably true.At the least though, they could offer meAn equivalent set of tyres, right? Not great customer service, or good business! I need tyres, I have money, I went to them specifically. And we’re talking about a couple of grand here. It must be nice to have so much you can throw that away.

Zorin went above and beyond for us! Best experience at a tyre shop in my life and best experience of customer service in the last ten year! . Was travelling in the south coast from Sydney with family, and had a tyre puncture unexpectedly. Called a few places in the shell harbour area ( which was the biggest town from where we were staying and around 30 minutes away ) quite late in the afternoon and a bit desperate to get the puncture fixed asap as we were needing to transport kids. Was told at around 4 pm by most shops and at “mycar”that they were too busy, couldn’t fit us in till late the next day at the earliest and even so it didnt sound promising … i called Bob Jane Tmart in Shellharbour who were about to close soon also at 5pm, Zorin picked up the phone asked what i needed and offered to hang around and wait even though i would probably at the earliest get to the shop past their closing time. I told him i would meet him there and drove to Shellharbour though half expecting him not to wait for me. To make matters worse i took a few wrong turns and got there a little later than i expected. The shop was open and he was waiting for us! Was surprised for that to have happened but he promptly repaired the puncture and obviously knew what he was doing! It took a while to get this repiared but when i was waiting to pay he waived us off. I would have at the moment being away from home and our usual surroundings have expected to pay alot more and happily would have done so as he was obviously working past his closing time and i was grateful already, Despite this he insisted we didnt have to pay. I was gobsmacked at the generosity of time and kindess and service that we received fromHim and if i was a local of shell harbour would definitely be a regulat customer! No doubt though as we frequent the south coast often im sure we will be back! Thanks again for all your help!
