YSS Shower Screens

I highly recommend YSS for your shower screen purchase. The prices were affordable, and the service was quick and professional. I purchased the shower screen on Sunday and had it installed on Thursday with a shower screen installer recommended by YSS. Mark, the installer, was professional, conveniently available, affordable and easy to deal with.

I purchased 2 screens from Yss, great selection and helpful staff. Mark the installer did a great job and overall I have got a custom look at a very affordable price.

They sold us $550+ gst shower screen and charged approx $300+gst to install. The vertical seal was missing. We called the Installer. He said this is how they come from YSS, they do not include the $10 vertical seal.For the sake of $10 we had to spend $100 time costs following up with the installer then calling back the office and requested at least send the missing part to us but they said we have to pick it up from their warehouse.The office lady was trying to convince me with saying that most of the people don’t want those rubber seals so that’s why they don’t include them in the supply. This was a poor justification.You don’t sell a car without wheels.I hate leaving negative feedbacks, but after contacting them and giving opportunity to recover their failure and they still want to show that it’s not there failure but yours, it’s time to put a feedback.

Shocked at how this business operates, given the other reviews here.I chose to go ahead with YSS as its website and quote were very clear. Response time has been good.However, it was only AFTER I paid my deposit that they told me they have to remove my current shower screens at the initial measurement stage so that the technician could 'properly measure' for the new shower screens.They told me that if I were to choose to have removal immediately before instalment, then I would void the 1 year warranty they provide. I.e. it would be at my fault that their technician was not skilled nor experienced enough to measure the space without removing my current shower screens. What a shock as this was not mentioned prior to me paying my deposit.That is, I would not have ANY shower screens for a minimum of 2 weeks (from measurement to installation). With the COVID situation, who knows if this could be longer. One of the household members is a nurse so during this lockdown period clearly this is a grave concern. How would we maintain daily hygiene without causing water damage? Didn't seem that YSS cared. Also they only have one technician operating at the moment so I would imagine delays are more likely than not.I raised this with YSS and they did not offer to honour the warranty nor give me a temporary fix during the time that I would be shower screen-less. Instead they gave me a refund of my deposit.Looks like they don't even want business nor care for goodwill. Take your money elsewhere. I've now wasted a week liaising with them when I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a measurement by now. How disappointing.

Great service. I ordered online and asked for the shower screen seals to be cut into required sizes and they arrived on time , exactly as asked.

I've had dealings with YSS on a few occasions and found them very helpful and professional. I'm not sure where the problems these other customers stemmed from?, clash of personalities perhaps? I like dealing with them and have recommended them to subsequent client's, no problems at all.

Very friendly, excellent knowledge and product range. I don't need too many things but YSS always have what I need and offer advice, suggestions. They are more than willing to help the DIY guy. Highly recommend

Excellent products backed by customer service.Had a shower screen professionally installed but a hinge failed soon after warranty past. They posted out a new one as a courtesy. These are the companies you want to support and back as they support you!

First time purchasing shower screens and came across yss. Website had plenty of options with great price. Staff were helpful with answering enquiries. Purchased a custom wall to wall and standard L shaped shower screen, and delivery was fast. Asked for recommendations on shower screen installers and went with Mark who did a fantastic job. Thanks.
