Overall, this restaurant is just ok. It took an overly long time for the food to come out and then it all just tasted kind of blah. Nothing too fantastic.The service was pretty good however the overall experience isn't something we're in a hurry to try again.

I think they have definitely updated their chef or management so if you were disappointed 3years ago like i was (pre covid) try them out again. I'm happy I gave them another go. The food tasted fresh and was prepared very well, the staff were friendly & kind to my children.

This used to be a great family restaurant but since removing the kids playground and replacing it with paid claw machines it's really gone down hill. We had a big family event there and the kids were all so bored. And also we are already spending alot in there and then you have to fork out more on top to buy little junk toys from the arcade machines just to stop the kids from climbing all over the tables and going stir crazy. Aside from that the service is friendly and always good food. Spaghetti Bolognese has an ok flavour but don't order if you can't handle chunky sauce as it's not a smooth Bolognese.Kids pizzas are really good and the kids meals in general. What a shame about the playground as we won't be booking family events here now due to this!

Have come here multiple times for birthdays and celebrations and also just for casual lunches & dinners. The food has always been great, the drink selection quite good and nice atmosphere. Parking is super convenient with an oversupply of car parks surrounding the restaurant. Highly recommended.

We have been here a few times for large family celebrations, this time it was Mother’s Day and the team did really well. The meals took a while to come out but with a full restaurant they did well and we had more time to enjoy. The staff amazingly friendly and helpful despite apparently 3 staff didn’t show up for shift.

Ordered two Caesar Salads from them, received random garden salads instead. Not worth the money paid for this! The only things they got right in the salads were the calamari and salmon.They described their Caesar Salads as having cos lettuce, bacon, egg, croutons anchovies and shaved parmesan. What we received were mixed lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, cucumbers and half an avocado in one of the two salads. The avocado also looked like it was on death's door. Not sure there was even any dressing on these salads, the only taste was from the lemon slice provided.

We ordered both seafood dishes yesterday, but were very disappointed. We expected better from Benvenuti. Everything tasted like frozen seafood from the supermarket and we paid $90. The serves were so stingy and the lobster tail wasn’t even cooked properly it was raw. The rice we ordered was one scoop in a tiny container, not even enough for both of us. This was a massive rip off.

Sadly I won't be returning to this establishment. The quality of the food there os okay but you have to guess how much your takeaway order will cost.They no longer have printed takeaway menus. Which while understandable to an extent, I still find annoying. Much worse than not having printed menus though is the fact that:a) The menu board they have displayed in their foyer does not have the current prices.b) They don't even have a takeaway menu on their website.There are plenty of other pizza places around with food of the same standard so I won't be returning to Benvenuti.(The edit below is in reply to Benvenuti's reply to my initial review.)I'm glad that Benvenuti took the opportunity to reply to my review so that everyone can more clearly see what the restaurant's customer service is like.
