SHOCKING end result and very rude staff. The service and end result of my shellac toe nails were very upsetting. Will not return to Beauty Stop again. Most UNFRIENDLY shop in North Lakes. Never greets visitors and always make you feel like you are the biggest inconvenience to them as they are always rushed and full.My pedicure water was ice cold because she turned the tap on then walked away, dirty towel from previous client still lying on floor. Chairs dusty and dirty, no time to clean in between clients. Scrubbed my legs raw in one spot constantly and painful not relaxing at all. So rushed with painting my nails and rushed to get to the next client so picked the drying lamp up before 60 sec drying time were done so I went home and 2 hours later my 'wet' shellac smeared!Paint strokes were uneven and bumpy and she didn't put on the final top coat so my nails had no shine at all. My nails looked bumpy and dull and she didnt fill in the whole nail to the corners.At the end i looked down at my nails in disbelief and when she saw me inspect her work, she half heartedly and rudely asked 'happy'? in the most unfriendly voice. I didnt dare say anything cause the previous time i went there and complained afterwards, i was treated so badly that i left crying! If you do ask nicely that they fix something, they dont respond with 'ok we can fix that' or anything. Instead they start conversing in a foreign language with other staff so you do not understand and make you feel belittled.The photos are from the end result of shellac on toes after 4 hours. So much for my birthday pamper. I had to have it fixed the next morning.The sad thing is, they can still do business and get away with it. When i went back to complain no apology was offered while another technician fixed my nails. I wont ever go back. Huge disappointment.

Staff are very rude. Very rough.They didn’t even greet us. Asked to have my heels shaved and got laughed at by all staff members as they spoke their language. The person doing my toes said you don’t need it. I replied I do because when they are dry I can see it. When she did it she appeared embarrassed as there was a significant amount of dead skin coming off my heels. No apology. When the finished they just removed the toe pads and walked away without saying anything. Would not recommend

I want to give them 0 stars but that's not an option. I rarely provide reviews in general but feel that I owe it to the public to be weary and avoid this place. Their pedicure was rushed, didn't allow time for the polish to set between layers and the morning after the service, the polish was all over my quilt and off my toenails!? Tried calling the following day with no one answering the phone, all day. Visited the store third day to complain request money back and compensation to have my quilt dry cleaned (who knows if nail polish even comes off) to be blamed by Jack that this occurred as I didn't have my toes placed properly under the heat lamp and this has happened to be theirs before. That they spent30 minutes, when actually it was 15 minutes and only offered to re-apply the shellac. Firstly, I would never return to this place when a simple service of applying toe nail polish is not possible. Don't appreciate being blamed for their mistake. And will be taking this further. Oh and don't bother calling them. Jack said their phone is faulty!!Will be making a formal complaint!

DO NOT GO HEREwent to get a two manicures and pedicures they then said that normal nails would take so long with the owner talking overtop of us telling us what we needed to get saying that normal nails would take to long and had no guarantee for how long they would last. the normal polishes had w7 brands (cheap quality $1 polish) and were asking for a extreme high price. would not go back again

one of the ladies sanded down my skin a little too much, it became red and she started putting this nail polish chemical on it which made it burn. i told her nicely that it started to hurt and she looked at it and brushed it off. i assume she understood me but honestly she didn’t have to as my finger started turning red. now i have a visible cut in that finger. my acrylics turned out fine but she wasn’t gentle.

If you could give a zero I would, did not ask me 1 question about my pedicure and what I wanted, was finished in 20 minutes and that included the shellac which I had to stop her as she was going to put another person's colour on me. Will not return

I’ve regularly been to this place with no real issues. Maybe the spa water has been cold and maybe the hot towels have been cold .. maybe the chairs are uncomfortable. Nothing that would warrant making a complaint or giving a poor review as previously I have been happy. Until today. I went in with the expectation I would be leaving happy like all other times. But I left in tears. The staff are incredibly rude, ignorant, disrespectful and greedy. I wish my review star could go lower.

went there to get Acrylic nails and not even two weeks later 4 have fallen off. the rest have bubbles or are peeling. went there again to fix the 4th one because i have had to go to my other nail salon that much i feel bad. after “fixing” my nail i noticed it is completely uneven. the nail is too long and it’s not even the right shape. i wasn’t asked once if that’s the length i want. after all of that they charged me $15 for a single nail. if you want nice nails this isn’t the place to go.
