Love love love the pizzas but what a shame about the delivery. Ordered the pizzas for my grandsons birthday, really good but what a shame it absolutely stunk of cigarettes. The delivery driver reeked and the bag carrying the garlic bread stunk, obviously had a ciggy doing the delivery . Not nice

I ordered two large pizzas and asked to get them as a pack to save over $5 as advertised in their leaflet.As you can see I paid $28 and $26 for my pizzas which are the price as usual out of the pack. I paid $7 for garlic bread and another $7 for a 1.25L coke as well.I wanna know why people should choose pizza packs if they are going to pay the same price out of the pack?They just encourage people to pay whole food prices with no discount by falsely advertising.

Ordered pizza few times from this shop, once they totally forgot the delivery and we had to pick up the pizza after 2 hours ourselves. Another time ordered pizza again, they said delivery will be in one hour, called after an hour and half and they couldn’t find the driver. Will never order from this shop again. Totally disappointing . Don’t waste your time and money.

This was the best night out for ages! It was my dear friend's birthday, so we booked a table on a Tuesday night and went along to Stanhope Gardens, George's at Bella Vista has been a fav for a while, so we knew the food would be great. We weren't expecting to feel like VIP's! Despite the fact that it was ssssoooo busy with pick up orders, we were treated so well by beautiful Aaron. He happily provided wine glasses for our bubbles, made us laugh, looked after us so well, we felt very special. As always the pizza, garlic bread and dessert were exceptional. I would recommend this great venue for dine in or take away. Please say Hi to Aaron when you get there. :):):)

We normally have no issues with our orders.But so disappointed with tonights orderOrdered the Georges Special with Basil.No basil on the pizza, but instead we got a mosquitoA little more care with your orders would be great

Disappointed.To say that we were disappointed with the delivered pizzas is an understatement.We ordered 6 x pizzas and spent well over $200They arrived squashed against one side of the box.It looked like they had been dropped, or laid on their side, or the driver had taken a corner too fast.They looked terrible.It was difficult to unfold them to eat them.The toppings were all over the place.It was a very disappointing meal.Update (03.03.23)George’s has contacted me with an apology and acceptable compensation.So have update my star rating as a result.

Ordered Garlic Butter Calzone, Papa Ganoush pizza and Spaghetti Vegetariana. Garlic Butter Calzone was below average. It had no garlic taste whatsoever and was overflowing with cheese. The pizza and Spaghetti were good!

Have got takeaways from George’s before and always been happy. Decided to eat in and that was the first mistake as really Stanhope location is a takeaway branch with a couple of tables. It was freezing insideAnyway the pizza were good as always however the chicken wings took ages to come out and were very average. On check out was asked how meal was I said chicken wings were very disappointing the guy said OK and nothing else ….Anyway would not recommend George Stanhope for a restaurant meal and stay away from chicken wings

We bought a paradise pizza on Monday night and when we got it home it was made with chicken not prawns as advertised. I immediately emailed and it’s now Saturday with no response. Letting yourselves down with poor basic customer service George’s.

I really wanted to give them another shot before writing a mediocre review, first order arrived 2 hours late and tasted like dry cardboard. so I waited a month and tried the pizza again. This time I did a pickup order hoping to get a tasty pizza and sorry to say, for the price, the way the place is presented you would assume a delicious pizza. Nope, bland dry and no taste. Won’t be buying again, you can get better pizza a lot cheaper elsewhere.
