This is a great team of therapists - Hills Physio has long since become a critical part of my training and recovery programme, having helped me through a long list of sporting events. Everyone there has extensive training and skills, and the effort they all make to ensure I'm well looked after is always greatly appreciated.

I saw Joseph the exercice physiologist for a few sessions and he was absolutely brilliant. He has a great way to motivate and keep the energy up. The exercises he planned out, the app and the level of detail he provides is also super helpful. I fully recommend.

We have just moved to the area and I was in need of a massage. Therapist Jo was friendly and she had good knowledge of remedial massage. Paying extra attention to the sore areas I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have been attending Hills Physiotherapy on Wellington for over two and a half years since I had shoulder surgery. I have gone from severe pain to 100% use of my arm/shoulder with the skills and expertise and encouraging support of the amazing Rachel, Physiotherapist. I also love attending the Physio led Pilates class, having lots of laughs as well as lots of workouts.

HILL'S PHYSIOTHERAPY HAVE A WONDERFUL REPUTATION FOR LOOKING AFTER PATIENTS SUCH AS MYSELF, WITH A HOLISTIC APPROACH. THEIR LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE IS REMARKABLE, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. Outstanding team, incredibly professional and superbly lead by Ben Kewish. I've seen several team mebers over the years and the reassurance, postive outcomes and empowering support and advice is world class. We are so lucky to have access to such professional people. Ben K and his expertise is astounding. The Hills physio team are very focused on the whole person as well as latest pain management best practice and empowering their clients.
