I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I went there because I had cracked a tooth. They said they were booked out for 3 months. Stupidly I accepted this wait and returned in an emergency when the tooth further deteriorated and I was in great pain. They told me there was nothing to be done at this point and the tooth needed to be extracted. You tell me if this was 'duty of care'?

I am so glad to give this rating. I’ve been seeing Dr Stackpool for about 10 years. He explains exactly what is going on, and the necessary treatment. He is very positive and friendly. And the work he does is first rate. The reception staff are equally helpful.
