Sarina Russo Job Access

Signed up with Sarina Russo after having trouble getting work and being self managed for job active.Had a great conversation and discussed a range for different options prior to the office being closed for the Christmas holidays.I had my first phone consultation with my new case manager who was 2 hours late to call for the appointment which was pre made by them, and instead of being helpful the lady had absolutely no idea what they were doing, didn't introduce her self just asked what I wanted in those exact words. She clearly didn't care or offer any help in regards to looking for work, she basically just said that there is nothing they could do, not even asking any questions in relation to what I was looking for or offer help in regards to training.I did tell her I had an interview for the next day totally disregard what I was saying. She later called back in the afternoon to say that there might be a position in another area and told me to go the next morning to hand in my resume but again disregard the fact I had another interview booked in.It's good to know what the people working here really care about helping people in a time or need and offering help.The pure fact that she said there's nothing I can help you with just made my day so much worse than it already was.We really do love in a time where not giving a care about your job actually gets you a job and not doing what is required, where someone like myself who is willing to do what is nessary and put in the effort to gain skills and a career doesn't get a job...... Go figureReally disappointed and signed up with the wrong employment agency. Thanks Sarina Russo for making me believe you actually care and giving me false hope.

When I started going to Sarina Russo, all the staff were welcoming and helpful. They helped me write a professional resume which is great. Broni, who is my current consultant, has been absolutely amazing. Any problems that have come up with my job, she has helped to resolve straight away. All the staff greet me with a smile and know who I am, not just a number. I can't recommend Sarina Russo Melton highly enough.Thanks to all the team in Melton, you are a wonderful group of people.

Just wanted to make special mention of Leanne at “Sarina Russo” Melton. Over the past 12-18 months I’ve been partnered with numerous different Job Search Organisation and have been partnered with numerous different Case Managers but I have never come across one like Leanne from Sarina Russo Melton. For Starters She’s Smiling when she gets you and from there the actual genuine care and support I got of her was something I’d never experienced with other Job Search Places. And not only that she goes well and truly over and above in her Role, well compared to who I‘ve unfortunately dealt with prior to partnering with Sarina Russo Melton. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed going into every appointment I had there because not once did I ever feel likeI was being judged. Incredible services provided by a strong and supportive team who have intimately guided me step-by-step through the journey of being unemployed to now studying and working literally and metaphorically towards realistic goals. Sarina Russo in Melton is great! I am a former drug addict, and even through my worst times they provided me with the understanding and support I needed to get clean and get me into a job I absolutely love. Millie and Andrew are awesome and once they got me into my dream job, continued to provide support, getting me work clothes and giving me fuel vouchers. The only reason people aren't happy with their service is because they are unwilling to put in ANY effort themselves. They are there to help you, not to do everything for you. Thanks heaps Millie and Andrew, keep up the good work!!
