Really good range of jewellery and the sales are pretty decent too, but for repairs they're rather expensive. The repair to my pendant was double what we paid to buy it originally

Staff are really nice and helped out with what I needed. They gave alternatives when what I wanted was there but were very helpful and polite.

The lady was super helpful, fixed my anklet and sold me a watch for work.

Went in to get my ring resized this morning. The team went above and beyond to find the best way for it to happen! Unfortunately due to the style, it’s unable to be downsized without jeopardising the style. However, the team were able to help me without changing my ring! They were so friendly and kind! Even dealt well with my little terrors running around the store! Which might I say, was exceptionally clean and tidy!

Wasnt overly happy with the store, staff were polite but whilst chewing on chewing gum which was quite disgusting. Had rang to see if they had an item in stock and they had said yes and mentioned that I would pick up late afternoon, walked in expecting it there to be some and they sold the last pair an hour after I've rung that morning. Didnt say it was the last pair or anything so complete waste of my time to stand there and listen to one of the staff have a conversation on the phone to another store about coffee etc so she could find out if they had it in stock and would put to the side. Not impressed at all.

I would like to thank Amanda & Kristy for going over and above to get my very very badly damaged jewellery fixed/replaced.They understood how sentimental the jewellery was to me and stopped at nothing to have them repaired/replaced. This is just 1 of the damaged pieces that was repaired. I would highly recommend this store (Prouds Jeweller, 20 Wembley Rd, Logan Central QLD 4114) to anyone. Thank you ladies xo.

Eh. Very quiet in store, staff seem bored & tired. I made a small joke to a staff member & immediately got a death stare. Liven up people, at least could have given a fake smile.

I haven't buy something yet, but I think it is a good.
