Signature Floors did a great job on my floors, turned up on time and very friendly. top quality products

I ordered 3 samples of carpet from Signature Floors. They were delivered by a polite courier in only 2 days. Excellent service and lovely, pure wool carpet. Thank you Signature Floors!

We purchased and had installed the Abode wide Vardo Oak boards and have been extremely impressed with the quality and look of this product. These boards went over our existing damaged floor boards with some plastic insulation (no more loud foot steps downstairs) and made our living and dining area look brand new. All our guests comment how amazing they look. Highly recommended this flooring.

Ordered 3 carpet samples from Signature floors and they came the very next day, well packaged. I actually love all the 3 samples I requested, they are soft, beautiful and of great quality. Can’t wait to choose one and have them in our house.

I ordered two samples, separately as there doesn’t appear to be a way to order multiples. However only 1 was delivered albeit the next day. I’m going to order the 2nd sample again.

Thank you very much for the samples. Although the quality looks beautiful & the colour range is lovely. As an interior designer I find the colour sampes are very small.

I am not surprised to see so many one star reviews and disappointing 'generic' responses from the team. Sadly, I am left with no option but to post this negative review (I don't do negative reviews).This isn't being posted out of spite, it is being done out of concern for anyone who is considering using a Signature Floor product. I don't want anyone else go to invest $$$ in this product for their 'dream home', as we did, only to experience the same disappointment we have.While renovating our home we met with the supplier numerous times. The supplier attended our home and measured up to quote. At no time were we told that the product should not be installed anywhere the sunlight can hit the floor, at no time were we told the floor should not be installed in a toilet that services the pool. We were convinced that the Empire XL Ice Oak was the product for us. It was marketed as highly durable and easy to clean.******This couldn't be further from the truth. ******We invested a lot of money to have the floor prepped (sanded TWICE) and for the product to be installed throughout our ENTIRE HOME. I have included the notes taken from the report by the manufacturer and our reply:REPORT: We have identified that the primary area of concern is a toilet with external access. It appears the issue relates to the presence of chemicals from the pool and other external factors. Pool chemicals can cause the type of fading that is evident in the toilet as demonstrated in the below photos.REPLY- This is not the primary area of concern, the product which has been installed throughout the home entirely, is the concern.- Our pool is freshwater and this issue is prevalent throughout the home where sunlight hits the floor, not just the toilet so I dispute that the issue is chemicals from the pool. If this was a known issue, this should have been advised NOT to install product in the outside toilet which services the pool.- Can you please clearly state what are the ‘other external factors’.REPORTThere is also fading of the boards in front of large windows with exposure to sunlight. The product is not fade proof and adequate shading from sunlight is required to prevent the fading that is evident.REPLYOur home is entirely glass on the front and the back of the home, we were never advised by your registered seller that natural sunlight would cause fading. The product is not ‘fit for purpose’ and we should have been advised that it will fade if installed in our home. The first we knew that this would be an issue is from the installer when he attended the property and saw the job.REPORTWe have been advised that in the past the consumer had been using an eraser block to clean stains. These blocks are abrasive and can cause damage to the floor by finely scratching the product which damages the wear layer. These fine scratches can then exacerbate the appearance of any staining.REPLYWe used magic block on SMALL spots to try and remove any marks (after trying all suggestions by Signature Floors). This has not affected the area we tested it on. At no time did we scrub the entire floor surface with a magic eraser.REPORTWe have also been advised that there are some rubber stains on the product where children have been using hover boards. This appears to be plasticiser migration which is not covered under warranty. Please see below photo and excerpt from our Care and Warranty Guide.REPLYWe purchased this product which was sold to us a a highly durable, industrial grade product, used in hospitals etc.... We are happy to accept that riding on hoverboards should be avoided. This is one small mark which does not change the issues we face throughout the entire home. We thought that given it would used in such high traffic areas such commercial properties, the floor would in fact be durable as marketed to us. We were very clear that with 3 young children, we needed a durable product.We have been offered a $300 payment for repairs. I will gradually provide reviews about this product on all supplier listings in Australia.

Worst floors I ever had. We ordered the Abode Vardo Oak and installed in our new home. The floors started to cup and pitch within two weeks. The consultant came from Signature floors to inspect and blamed the builder for caulking. Had to pull out the entire skirting boards and flooring. Reinstalled without caulking only to find out the floors started to pitch again!!!The flooring installer came again and said that our flooring area is too big for this type and lots of foot traffic!!We are a family of 4!!The floors now are ugly to look at.

Absolutely love the quality of our floorboards and the team at Signature Floors. Daniel was amazing to work with and made the process so easy! Within a few weeks we had our order and the floor boards were so easy to lay and have totally transformed the house. Highly recommend!

We have Signature Lux Tone in colour tiger iron installed in our four bedrooms it is a fabulous look and amazing feel. Very high quality, easy to maintain and great company to deal with.
