Everything happens for a reason!My car broke down directly out the front of their workshop. They gave me a cold drink and let me use the rest room while I was waiting for a tow truck. Talk about great service!After a good chat with Ben he agreed to come and have a look at our flood damaged property in South Lismore and gave me a great price on a new kitchen with stone bench tops. I'm so glad I went ahead with your quote, saying the kitchen is awesome is an understatement! So much better than it was before. They came up with some great ideas with our complex layout. Ben and his team are amazing. Contracted to transform a 108-year-old kitchen in the Byron hinterland in 2017, the mandate was simple - work with a tight budget, and stay sympathetic to the bones of the old house.Ben was cheerful, easygoing... and nothing was too much trouble. He happily accommodated plenty of changes, suggested improvements and turned up to a remote property several times to check, measure and recheck.I was given an installation date, and in the meantime the catastrophic Lismore floods hit.For days we could not even access our own property. I received a call from Ben to inform me, apologetically, that they may be a day or two late...."In the middle of this terrible mess

It was a pleasure to deal with Ben and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, in this time of Covid, border closures and difficulty in getting products. The boys were efficient and pleasant when they came to install the kitchen, Ben did a couple of inspections to keep everything on track. During install I realized I needed another cupboard added. No drama. Ben kept me informed throughout with dates and times etc. Always returned either phone, email or text contact. Very Happy.

I called in to get a quote and waited with no one coming to the showroom to offer assistance, so I decided to leave.As I was leaving a staff member stuck thier head out the side door and yelled do you want something". So I responded with '''dont worry about it".His yelled response was "good" as he slammed the door.I will go to someone who is not an arse."

Hey team! I just wanted to say a big thank you for marking my cabinets / table tops for our new barbershop. We had custom made cabinets which included tilt basins, hot towel warmer slots, storage and draws. We also had made a round table top for our jack daniels barrel. Your team were amazing and are the nicest tradesmen I’ve come across- true gentleman... I tip my hat to you sir. I wish I could put more cabinets in my shop!

Never showed for our appointment to provide a quote for our kitchen. Didn't bother to call or return my phone calls. Very disappointing!
