Float Lab - Wembley | Floatation Therapy, Sauna & Massage

I just wanted to share the positive customer service experience I had at float lab Wembley. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant, and am unfortunately a very anxious pregnant lady so therefore after a short period into my float I had to end my session as it wasn’t for me at this point of time but will definitely be returning once I am in a better space personally. I had an incredible experience with the staff who handled my circumstance with such patience and care I will be coming back and couldn’t recommended the lab high enough to those who are considering going for a float. Although it wasn’t for me at this point of time, I’d like to sincerely thank Jo and her team for creating such an understanding and calm environment which I will certainly be returning to when the time is right and will be recommending them to everyone!

Float Lab Wembley, definitely recommend! Staff is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. I've used infrared sauna now a few times, and I feel so great and relaxed after. Infrared sauna has so many benefits to the whole body. Thank you, I will be coming back.

As an introvert, Ive found my happy place. Floating is the most restorative and reviving thing practice I have in my life. I’m a float club member, and go every month, it’s my time and I look forward to it. Each float is a different experience, but the experience the team there gives me is always the same- wonderful. I suffer from a pain condition and a friend took me as a birthday present. Best present EVER! The staff are amazing and very supportive and being new understood I'd be nervous even though I didn't think I'd be. The tank was definitely worth every single second and you are in a room with total privacy. I never felt so good. If you have a pain condition and don't react to magnesium I highly recommend you give it a go. I felt so good for a while after. My pain levels decreased, my sleep improved and felt well in general. I suffer from depression but felt so amazing that I'm sure it helped there too. I would definitely return when COVID situation allows, right now I need to return!

Just amazing! I highly recommend this experience to anyone. I'm claustrophobic and felt safe all the way throughout. Came out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely come back!

Float was beyond my expectations! Everything was prepared so all I had to do was relax and enjoy floating! It really helped me to clear minds and relax muscles from 18hours flight! I didn’t think that I will actually feel comfortable inside but once I got in that was it. Absolutely loved! Its bit hard to explain with words so I highly recommend you to experience it :)p.s. don’t miss out on tea and snacks after float!

I had my first float ever here and I had heard great things and my experience far exceeded my expectations!!! I found this is a great way to relax, recharge and reset! A great way to unwind and relax the mind. Also being a runner great for recovery! I'll be incorporating this is into my running routine. If you've been thinking about trying it, do it, you will not regret. Further the ladies here go above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one!

Float lab Wembley are the best at providing a relaxing float experience. Always perfect water temp, lovely staff and i have not found another company that cares about your float experience more than Float Lab. The rooms are equipped with sound proofing and insulation and I have not found any other float places that have done this.

Float Lab has changed my life. I really didn't think I would like the Infrared Sauna and now I go up to 3 times a week. It makes everything just feel better and the stress and back pain melts away. Highly highly recommend - even to those who don't think they can sit still for more than 30 minutes!
