Amberly Keating, our Strata Manager at Strata Plus Nelson Bay is an effective, communicative professional taking care of the varied requirements of this Strata Scheme. Amberly derived House Rules for all our residents, based on the by-laws, which are both fair and welcoming. At least one step beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

Just resigned another 3 years with Strata Plus.. Amberly has taken care of our Strata for the last 3 Years and she is an absolute delight to work with. Very impressed with the service we receive.
