Having dealt with them at Prestons & Smithfield stores I found good service and advice. Staff willing to assist identifying needs and tools required. They are now my preferred tool supplier. Highly recommended.Have met Mr V who has detailed and intricate knowledge of tools and their working parts, found him is willing to share this information freely.

What a shop!!!! Only tool shop I'd go to.The staff know what their talking about & are more than helpful to go through everything you need to know, plus if you're tool needs to be repaired, they do it in house!! Don't get that kind of service from Sydney tools or total tools.
