Only good things I can say about the team at Create Real Estate and especially one person name Lillian. I was on the market for a Factory lease. First contact I was so impressed how she made it all happen. I can truly say she is an absolute top-tier property manager. It was so quick and professional. Leaded by her expertise I was able to secure a strategic premises for the business.Please do make contact if your thinking or about to take the next step in a business premise.My review is based on:-Dealing with property managers across the area of Sunshine. Other's simply took it to easy, had no drive, response was not enough to encourage the drive that business need.-Number of phone calls through-out half a year into the lease for advice and questions.-Prompt email response and clarity of all invoices.Add her to your contacts and hope she can make it happen for you!
