Got what l Need it, staff lovely.

The person who served us didn't know his products and wasn't very helpful. I'll be buying products they sell because they're good, but I'll go elsewhere thanks.

Good choice for flooring and bathroom fittings, not many options to choose from kitchen appliances though.

They have got limited variety especially in the kitchen plumbing options. Market is flooded with coll product in a particular range but they are lagging in that aspect.The quality of service offered is good though.

About 8 months ago I was told to buy bamboo flooring from this place , biggest mistake we spent about $4000 just for the wood and $2500 for someone to lay them , they where fine up until the wood started to open up at various places , the guy that layered them came out and redone the work and didn't ask for any money , few weeks went by the same thing called him redone them and he said hope it doesn't happen again if it does it must be a faulty batch the would might have been water damaged and dryers up and srinks. Well it happened again I rang Ali up which is the owner and explained we have been going backwards and forward he said he was going to come out and re lay the floor himself waited for some time never came I rang him and he said not to f.... call him and f this f that I told him to come out and rip them off and give my money back , my 3 year old got his finger caught in the caps he didn't care one bit ! This place needs to be shut down very rude and abusive and I even spoke to his supplier which he said that the would comes from china not from Australia

Their phone number is wrong some people updated phone . We tried to call but goes to one of their customers and they are less helping providing info on phone . Always phone not right .please guys make good contact customers are also your business.

Family run businesses, predominantly floorboards and kitchen and bathrooms. Very helpful staff,can enjoy great Turkish hospitality with traditional tea and coffee on the hou.
