Just want to give a shout out to Natasha who helped me buy some clothes for my teenage daughter. She was so helpful and went above and beyond showing me heaps of different clothes and giving me so many options. I was so indecisive but she was so patient and friendly! Excellent customer service and I will definitely visit again. Thanks again!

What kind of place has workers that threatens my sister in front of my nieces and nephews. She simply wanted to exchange an item but instead was abused and threatened by two other employees which mind you is all on video. Which I’m sure the staff has, considering they recorded her and my nieces and nephews without her permission. I work in retail myself and if this type of behaviour was conducted by ANY of my employees especially in front of children it would result in an instant termination. Lazy staff who just didn’t wanna process an exchange which in reality is really the most simple transaction. Funniest part is I exchanged a pair of jeans a couple months back without a receipt but with tags, at this exact store also was given attitude that day and have not been back since coz of the attitude of the workers every time I go in the store and to hear and see videos of my sister treated like this on social media is disgusting and honestly shocking as you would think a retail store would conduct proper training on how to treat customers. Every rule I tell my new employees is to never follow a customer outside the store and to never argue or swear at a customer, let alone threaten. Pathetic. How has this store been even been open as long as it has ?

The employees literally closed up the shop and all but locked the doors while I was still browsing, there was about 2 other customers as well. Gave us no warning they were about to close and after I made my purchase I had to ask how I leave the store and the girls answer as though I am stupid. One of the girls was talking really loudly about personal dramas to the other worker there while she was bringing in clothes racks and swearing. I am by no means a conservative person, I love dropping F bombs but even I was surprised at how unprofessional she was.One positive was lots of stock and good bargains.

What a great vibe this store has! The staff are always so approachable and helpful. Love their clothes, lots of variety and very affordable which is a bonus!

The employees here are ethical, and friendly will assist you in anyway they can. There is no discrimination whatsoever, so if this store gets accused of anything, they’re most likely lying to get attention or just dense.
