Visited Sports Braces in Narrellan to look at support for a sprained ankle. Great range of products. I can highly recommend Patricia - she was helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to trial different options and importantly she didn’t recommend something just because it was the more expensive option which is always appreciated - she focused on the right product.

Highly recommended place. Brought knee brace over Sunday and received Wednesday. Spoken with a kind lady who spend her time guiding to ensure I have the right fit. All items is priced competitively.

I purchased a pair of Dr Comfort shoes in June for my father who was residing in a nursing home. There was a delay in the shoes being dispatched (I was aware this would be case) and unfortunately, during that time my father developed a pressure sore on his heel. When the shoes arrived in mid Jul he was unable to use the shoes but I was hopeful he would be able to once the pressure sore healed. Sadly, his condition deteriorated and he died on 18 Aug. The shoes had not been used at all.I contacted Sports Braces on 29 Aug to explain the situation and request return of the shoes and a refund. There was no response to my initial email. After following up I was advised I could return the shoes but they would only refund me $181 (I had paid $240) due to a 're-stocking fee'. I drove the shoes to their Narellan store (a 3 hour return trip) on 14 September. Whilst there, I asked to use the toilet before I headed back off but was refused use of the facilities and directed to the local McDonald's store! There was no reply to 2 email follows ups about the refund so I called them today and was told they would look into the refund. The person I spoke to noted refunds take up to 14 days. I pointed out it had been 4 weeks and she then said (and I'm still shocked by this) You're lucky you're getting any refund as our terms and conditions state there is no change of mind refund". The woman was fully aware of the situation as she was the one I had handed the shoes to and I can't believe she likened the death of my father to a change of mind. There has been a complete lack of empathy in all my dealings with this company which was totally unexpected given the nature of their business (supplying medical aids and equipment). I have had a much better experience dealing with the bank following dad's death. Such a disappointing and distressing experience."

I bought an item in good faith which turned out to be completely different to what I thought. I cashed them to try and organise a return and refund, and they were rude and aggressive from the very start. They even told me I would only receive a partial refund as they would deduct the cost of packaging the product for sale!Had they not been so rude I would have chalked this up to experience and never considered leaving a review.

Customer service was not very helpful and rude on the phone saying I made a mistake of sending the returned item in a satchel and not a cardboard box what the heck?. 20% restocking fee if they even consider giving a refund. The aircast ankle support brace I ordered was poor quality so I returned it still waiting for some kind of refund. I would recommend supportbrace.com.au, they offered me free shipping and my return was processed in a day, friendly customer service as well . Bauerfiend make great products if your looking for ankle support after a sprained ankle as well. It can be arduous trying to find a decent product and business for this type of injury.

Be very careful when ordering with this place. You must be really sure because they won't take things back if you make a mistake. Hidden in the fine print. And, as well, if you try to talk to them about it you'll be blamed for making a mistake. If you decide to take the chance to send item back anyway, they will deduct a restocking fee and may or may not give you anything back! Dreadful customer service! Nothing at all like what I experience with other online retailers who will refund or exchange. I was prepared to pay the postage because it was 'my fault' but got dumped on over the phone as well as the refusal. Awful business and I can't understand why they're still around. And my message to the owner, like with others, I don't use my real name online but I am a real customer. Accept the feedback others have written. Absolutely dreadful customer service!

Would never buy from this shop again. For someone who sells things online they are very unhelpful. I bought a product which was unsafe to wear. They would not refund my money. Don't know how they are still in business given their so called customer service.
