After having serious algae and dirt issues with our pool, I contacted Mark based on the reviews I read. I certainly was not disappointed. He attended my place to have a look at my problems, and after inspecting and asking multiple questions, he offered his specialist knowledge including making recommendations that I should do. He careful explained what I had to do and how, which I followed. He followed this up through phone messages about the progress he had made and if the issues have been resolved as a result of his advise...a service seldom seen today. I highly value his knowledge, service and assistance he gave me, and I have no reservations in recommending Mark to anybody.

Mark offered a quick service with a very reasonable price. I am a new pool owner and was needing assistance with my pool that was having a few issues. Called for pool maintenance. Asked all the details and told that will get back in a day or two with an appointment. Waited a week and messaged for a follow up. No response. We lost a week, could have contacted some one else if received a response . If not interested to take up a job, at least have the minimum courtesy of dropping a message or atleast respond to a follow up message. It is ok to say No rather than wasting people’s effort and time

It has been a great pleasure getting to know Mark. Mark is a professional at pool maintenances.I’ve reached out to Mark after receiving a really high quote from a reputable store in Melton West (over $6k to replace part of the equipments and cleaning fees), with more than 3 weeks of waiting. Contacted Mark and he came to our property to start the cleaning process within 2 hours and we fixed everything, as well as getting all the equipments sorted with 30% less than the quote from elsewhere. Mark is kindly enough to provide us an introductory session of how to clean and maintain the pool as well. I am extremely happy and satisfy with Mark’s work and will definitely come back to Mark in the future for anything pool/spa related.

Reliable and always provides great service and advice

Mark is fantastic. We purchased a house with a pool and got him to do an inspection on the equipment prior to purchase. Bought the house and had him come out to service and show us how to work everything. He was extremely thorough and made sure we knew how everything works and asked multiple times if we had questions. Highly recommended and is most certainly now our go to pool guy
