Wow , brilliant experience . Ordered the bed last Wednesday and I needed it with in the week for a guest arriving . Sureena was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made sure it was delivered in only 5 days . I love my new bed and the expertise provided about mattress was perfect .

This is the place to go to try and then buy a state of the art mattress. I was greeted by Baku the manager who is very knowledgeable on all of the mattresses I tried. She is friendly and personable and even encouraged me to look around and then be a return customer ... and so then able to offer me an even greater discount! All Australian made is important to me and I did return in about 15 minutes. I will leave a further review when I have slept on my new mattress for a few weeks I'm very impressed with this company already.

Originally dealt with Leah & Jeff on the weekend for our bedroom purchase and had a good experience. Baku the area manager then followed up regarding one of our special order items to ensure that it was correct before proceeding. Baku went to great lengths to help us find the perfect design. Baku was so pleasant to deal with and even ensured that we hadn't forgotten mattress protectors! Great friendly service from this store, always willing to help the customer and go that extra step.
