Exceptional food and service. Everything I’ve had there has been delicious with good vegetarian options and they do a great matcha latte. Always attentive and friendly staff, too.

I really enjoyed the food as did the people I had lunch with.I like the idea of attaching to the menu, a typed list of chef's recommendations with prices. The pretentious habit of getting wait staff to rattle off the specials without mentioning price does not lead people to select one of the specials. The spoken list is easily forgotten and without knowing the price, a fair comparison with the standard menu is impossible. These days it is easier to get one of the wait staff to type, print and attach the specials list to the menu document. This leaves the wait staff to discuss items on the menu with guests and not waste time memorising the specials and repeatedly regurgitating them.My one complaint is that the out-of-date price of meals on your website. I had decided to have one of the steak meals that was listed on the website but chose a different meal, when the price of the steak meal was $6 dearer in the restaurant compared to the online menu, I changed my mind and had a fish meal instead.

Food was great, but service was poor. We were sitting outside and asked 3 different waitresses to take our order and they each nodded then walked away and never came back.Brought us the wrong entree (which we accepted to minimise food waste).One guest never received their meal and we had to go up to the counter to request for it, as waitresses didn't follow up on our request. Would recommend sitting inside as the staff seemed to pay more attention to patrons sitting indoors.

Delicious veal scaloppine with chips and veggies and crispy skin barramundi with risotto. Generous serving and great the main meals come with freshly cooked vegetables (like the old days so you don’t have to pay for a separate set). Huge milkshakes like the old days in tall aluminium cup and delicious pink mango smoothie.

My wife and myself with friends visited this Cafe on Wednesday May 3 for lunch and were very impressed with the selection and quality of all mealsThe menu has a lot of choices and the service excellent.We live in Western Sydney and it was our first visit to St Ives.We will certainly be back

We have recently moved to St. Ives and soon become regulars here for brunch or a quick coffee or cuppa after a shop at the village. Our absolute favourite is coffee, the breakfast spread and pancakes. The staff is friendly and ambience fabulous. It’s an absolute treat! Looking forward to many more memorable moments at the village!

Given how busy this place generally is on both weekdays and weekends, we thought that this place must be worth trying at least once.Ended up going on a Saturday during peak lunchtime period, and despite a 15 minute-ish wait in line, we ended up being allocated a table somewhat quickly. Albeit a bit pricy, what we ordered was still impressive and filling. The Bangers & Mash was a bit meh, but the 'Grain Fed Scotch Fillet Steak' and Chicken Parmigiana with mushroom sauce extras went down great.Staff are friendly and the drinks are also pretty nice too. Can't really ask for any thing else in a cafe environment!

Service always comes with a smile. Only took a couple of visits to be treated like regulars which is really nice.
