I ordered a Swing, a Mandir and a wall hanging with Divine Homes. The quality of the product is simply outstanding and edifice the beauty of the house. Therefore I have to reply from my husband’s phone.In regards to your reply on my feedback, first of all, I had noticed soon after the purchase that it's not mentioned in the invoice anywhere about the shelves.It was seller's duty to write complete requirements of the order requested by the customer. We paid $1890 for the temple. At least this much we can expect from the seller that they will write down our requirements.But We trusted your words and believed that you will keep your words. I told my husband also that there is no mention about shelves on the invoice.We thought when we will get information about delivery then we will remind you as of course you would also be aware.Point was that you just denied that we had such a conversation regarding shelves or changes when we ordered. Why we would lie? If we can pay for temple, why can’t we pay for any changes? At that time you were just agreeing on everything that Yes it will be done and all.Now, with the light, we didn't touch the dimensions of the temple at all. U can check your displayed temple and our ordered temple. We just added the bottom part which is drawers one.If there is square light in the displayed ones, why we didn't get the same?Out of three requirements, only one is fulfilled because it increased the purchase price. Other ones were the small things according to you, that's why no one bothered.We don't want any help any further. Purchase is completed.Thanks
