We have dealt with a multitude of IT support people and companies in our first 10 years of business. Many of our experiences have not been ideal...ranging from unavoidably stressful to out right incompetence. We have recently changed to Macumen for our IT support needs and they have been a breath of fresh air. They have professionally addressed every problem that has occurred so far, have not surprised us with unexplained costs and have not failed to deliver on any promises. They have gone above and beyond expectations during recent serious NBN issues and provided a level of support that is an absolute relief. Highly recommended.

Computer support has always been a scary prospect. John cake saw and conquered an iMAC that has password issues and all sorts.Service was prompt , thorough and done so seamlessly. If you have a Mac in your business or considering getting them these lads are absolutely amazing apple computer whiz kids. Great stuff lads. Amazing. Highly recommended.
