I felt cared for, heard and respected. Since transitioning to blonde (after the grey could not be kept at bay) over five years ago, it’s the first time I’ve left a salon feeling like it was my hair ! Thank you for a lovely experience- love the membership package and looking forward to the year ahead !!!

I have to admit, I was a little nervous not having Chris today but there was no need to worry! Luke is just such a perfectionist. He did an amazing job, listened to what I wanted and made it happen... and was such a lovely person as well. Mopp hair really is like no other salon.

From the moment you enter the salon you are welcomed and feel right at home. Mark is incredibly talented at what he does and I always leave Mopp feeling like a million bucks… It is by far the best salon experience I’ve ever received and highly recommend to anyone wanting to look and feel fabulous!!!

First time at Mopp High St and I was extremely nervous but that soon passed when I received a lovely warm welcome from Mark as I entered the salon. Mark took the time to study my hair, ask our goal and explain the options. The process evolved and with each step I received an update and before I left we revisited the plan for my hair. This is the happiest I have been with my hair in a very long time . Thank you Mark for such an amazing experience and for working absolute magic

10/10 experience - the welcome massage was an unexpected surprise, something I have not yet experienced in any of my time visiting salons! I enjoyed how natural the conversation was and learning more about the sustainability practices of the salon. I felt Mark understood what I wanted, and delivered! Mark recommended products and services tailored to my hair needs! The basin experience was exceptional, I felt so incredibly relaxed. Mark went above and beyond, and did not disappoint.
