BLW transport delivered a re-upholstered sofa to my place and did a bad job (see attached photo of the damage to my floor). It was like the delivery men didn't care. I wrote them and attached a photo about 9 days ago but no response.

Do not ever get your stuff to handle by them. One of the delivery drivers doesn't know how to respond to a phone call. He got only filthy words in his vocabulary. Customer service was nill. Another driver damaged my car parked next to the driveway. Did not even had the courtesy to inform. Luckily got the footage from a Nabours dashcam. Managed to get the insurance excess paid by BWL, big thank you to the early Settlers furniture store Managers follow up.Don't even think of getting the service from them.

Exceptional service - the men who delivered my new couch and removed the old one were helpful, kind and professional. Even though it is not their job they explained how to assemble the new lounge (yes they do require assembly), demonstrated a piece and made sure I was able to do it before leaving. Thank you BWL, if every delivery is like mine, I have the upmost confidence in recommending them.

From first contact through final delivery, the staff at BWL are helpful, friendly, and knowledgable - a difficult combination to find in a logistics company and especially at such reasonable prices! I can't recommend this team of professionals highly enough.
