Overpriced and do not know what they are doing. Took my car into their shop to get fixed, mine you it was a hassle of a job to do. It took them over a month to fix" When I received my car the problem was not fixed and other problems such as all of the hoses were over tightened potentially causing more issues. One last thing was I found cigarette ash in my car (I do not smoke) so very unprofessional."

Graham- pleasingly professional.I visited the store with few concerns and hiccups in my vehicle, the sincerity in understanding my needs and providing honest and genuine advice stood out for me. I wasn't rushed to get things done, he was there to help me to understand what's going on with my vehicle and the best way to deal with it. Exceptional customer service and genuinene advice; the man knows to work his magic. 5/5 stars I would definitely recommend Sinergy and Graham. Thanks heaps

I would recommend again.packaging could have been better but no damage to item .. so all good ... Would buy from here again ..Amazing post sales services and pre. Rob and Graham have always been helpful. From the sale, Rob wasn’t out to sell me anything and actually listened to what I needed and recommended the E51 not the E52. After sales Graham has kept the car running 100%. They squeezed me in for a quick safety check before a long haul trip even though they were fully booked… you can’t buy that kind of service.
