Delta Sports Therapy
I was always hesitant to start PT - but I’ve struggled so much in the past with fitness, health and weight so thought it was time to give it a shot, and I’m so happy I did. I had seen Kim training others and thought she might be a good fit for me and immediately after speaking to her I could tell that we would work well together. Her demeanour and energy is perfect, encouraging but not aggressive. She has driven me to results I didn’t think would be possible in only a couple of months. She keeps me accountable but takes time to show me my progress and growth, and the advice she has given in terms of eating, additional workouts and injury recovery have been a huge part of my program.I would not hesitate to recommend Kim to others, she has helped me turn my body around and together we are getting my health and fitness where it needs to be for my future. Delta Sports Therapy
I have been training with Kim for a little over a year now. When I came to Kim at Delta Sports Therapy for personal training I was physically out of shape and in need to lose some weight. I didn’t like having a dad body - it just wasn’t for me. Having always been a fit and active person in my younger years it was now imperative for me to have a fitness program that I could enjoy and therefore adhere to. Throwing weights around is not my ideal form of exercise but I was keenly interested in Calisthenics.Kim was happy to guide me along this route and offer all sorts of exercises. It still amazes me some of the exercises we do.Kim will always listen to how I’m feeling and what I want to achieve without her pushing me into something that I’m not wanting. She asks for feedback on how I’m feeling all the time.Most of my exercises are compound exercises involving large groups of muscles and I feel fantastic in working those exercise toward muscle fatigue. My physique has improved dramatically and in the first three months of training I lost 7kg of weight, although I had gained a lot of muscle. I can only contribute this to the wise training and dietary input that Kim has guided me with.Kim is also an Oesteo and she has treated me in that capacity to manage and improve a long term shoulder injury. My shoulders are now quite strong and Kim is crucially aware of a workout program to keep my shoulders healthy and avoid irritating any long term injury.Being an Oesteo, Kim has a truly professional view on working-out that few other personal trainers can claim. She has even performed body manipulations on my joints at the gym. Over time she has got to know me and the performance of my body. She knows when to push me hard and also when to hold back if I am tired, stressed or slightly unwell. Everyone gets the occasional cold that affects performance.My weekly session with Kim is one I look forward to. Not only am I training smart, but we have the most fantastic ongoing conversations, lots of laughter and plenty of banter which makes for an enjoyable time during our sessions. Pushing your body’s ability is so much better when it’s done with a smile, laughter and a personal understanding.Recently I have been having stretch therapy with Lee and this has blown my mind. Lee takes me through some stretches I have never done before and the results are amazing. My muscles feel better, stronger and with less tightness than ever before. My fluidity in motion is improving with every session with Lee.I thought I took a gamble in choosing a PT at the gym in Maribyrnong and as I was perusing through the stat sheets of trainers available at the gym, it was clear that Kim, with two degrees and certified medical provider, that she was the one for me. In all, I made a wise decision.

I highly recommend Kim, she was fantastic at identifying what I needed to work on and gave me a plan to manage all my sport injuries that I’ve been collecting. I’ve been getting better and stronger with her treatment.

Delta Sports Therapy
After suffering from multiple knee dislocations, I needed a personal trainer to assist me with my rehabilitation and long term recovery. I have been training with Kim for almost a year now and she has helped me to regain my strength and reach a level of fitness that I didn't think I was capable of. Her extensive knowledge in health and exercise really shines through and puts her above the rest. With a fun personality, she is an absolute delight to work with and instantly puts me at ease if I am nervous or hesitant to try something new. She continues to help me smash my fitness goals and create new ones. Highly recommend.

Kim is amazing! I was a bit nervous to start training with a PT because I was worried about being pushed in a way that I didn't personally find motivating. Turns out, I shouldn't have worried because Kim is very personable and so relatable and that makes it really comfortable to train with her. She has motivated me to do things that I did not think I could and it's only been a couple months so far. The advice that Kim has given me about eating has also been invaluable and easy to follow because she doesn't set huge unattainable guidelines. I feel that she sincerely cares about me, my health and my goals.

I have so far done a twelve week program with Kim and she's changed the way I look at the gym, exercise and at food. I came to her with a goal and she's helped me exceed my wildest expectations.I am particularly unsure, and a little fussy comes to food and exercise - and Kim's patience has been endless.More than that she cares about her clients and helping them succeed - with people who need baby steps like myself or more experienced clientele.I couldn't recommend Delta Sports Therapy more highly, and I will definitely be back to train.

Kim is just not an amazing trainer but also an amazing person. I trained with her for nearly a year before I relocated to another suburb. Before designing a training program for you she understands your needs, guides you with the right nutrition and ensure she is supportive. Her experience as an osteo was so beneficial for me as I had pelvic girdle misalignment during my second pregnancy. Overall I will highly recommend her for anyone considering for their health needs. Miss training with you Kim :-)

Kim Nguyen has been training me since January. She's helped me achieve my goal of doing a pull-up/chin up and keeps me motivated to keep coming back and staying on track to do more pull-ups!! She'd also helped restore strength where I've had injuries previously and apply preventative measures so I don't injure again. A gem!

I have been training with Kim for almost 3 years and she is the most supportive, kind and amazing trainer I’ve met. She doesn’t get mad if you go off track, but actually cares about your goals and progression & helps you strive for better!
