We used JetPets to get our small dog from Sydney to Japan, and back again 18 months later. They are extremely professional and helpful. All their automated systems appear to work very well and they gave us confidence at every step of the way. We were particularly grateful that they pick up the phone when we call to answer any questions. They also seems to genuinely care about pets, which is nice. Bravo. Nice work.

Ive used jet pets in the past but $700 for a pup to travel from Melbourne to Brisbane is a joke
