I had an excellent customer service experience. I was looking for a surprise gift for my husbands’ 40th and the staff at dynamic billards made the experience really pleasant. Ida was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeble and her smile makes you at ease.I didn’t know anything about pool table and could have been fooled easily.Ida explain the quality workmanship and how would the refurbished process work and got to choose everything I wanted. Was very impressed with the high standard of work and the excellent end results. It was exactly like I wanted. Got a good deal with Domenic and Vince who were both so nice and friendly. We all had a good laugh, talk and cry :)The home delivery and set up was a breeze.Highly recommend the place.Apologise that it took me 3 months to put the review.

Amazing service from Vince. We had been discussing purchasing a table as we couldn't play at our usual haunts during repeated lockdowns, and Vince was able to provide a table, cover it it our choice of cloth, and deliver it with accessories and install it just prior to the next lockdown kicking in! Awesome effort, and we're really happy with the great quality table, I would recommend Vince and Dynamic Billiards to anybody.

My partner and I walked in to dynamic looking for some information on picking a new cue for myself and I can't say enough how warm and friendly the husband and wife that own this business were. The information they offered regarding my questions was excellent and very easy to understand... And they seemed very happy to spend time and have a yarn with me. It's not often you come across good old fashioned customer service that makes you feel like a friend rather than another customer. I didn't buy the cue as Christmas left me cash strapped (the prices are very fare and competitive too), but I'll be going back for that Barracuda Gold and another chat. Thanks guys. (Edit: I did go back for the cue and chat a couple months after, great service again.)

Called Dynamic Billiards today, looking to purchase a secondhand table. Spoke with Vince. Could not be happier with the advice and time he took on the phone to explain everything to me. Went out of his way to have a look at tables I was looking for. This kind of customer service is hard to find. Called Vince in regards to purchasing a second hand pool table. He not only helped me find one but guided me step by step through the process, answered all my silly questions with such patience. Came and checked the table I found online and gave me his opinion to help me choose the right table with his vast knowledge and experience.
