Management is rude, condescending and passive aggressive. Will not own up to salon mistakes and clearly does not train staff well. Best avoided.

i would literally die for Bella. She has transformed my hair in two weeks! Ive been feeling so sad about myself after recovering from a serious head injury, and she has made me feel so beautiful. she is so patient and kind and everybody else ive met here at the salon is amazing also! super friendly and helpful over messenger as well. i can highly say that their staff are so skilled in not only hair colouring/lightening, but extensions as well. thank you so much!!

Enjoyed a lovely girls night at Morpheus Academy last night.Was heavenly,the owner Sophie and her staff were excellent and all who attended were very impressed with their wonderful service.Will definitely be returning.Thank you Sophie and your great staff.

My haircut is from the 80’s, not what I asked for. Paid $150 for a makeup course and was told we would get a chance to practice but all we did was watch. I could have done that at home and saved $150. Very disappointed. Total rip off. Would definitely NOT recommend.
