Absolutely great gym with a great variety of classes for everyone. Highly recommend!

Justin Lacey is the owner and I have never come accross a more aggressive horrible human being in my career. Im unsure if he is on the roids, and I genuinely hope he is, because that would at least be an excuse for his aggressive behaviour. I have never come across a more threatening aggressive person in my career. Beware of this human being at all costs as he is a very broken person. He freely takes his emotions out on any person near him and threatens physical violence at the drop of a hat. I have never had to deal with a more miserable human being.

This is more then a gym....... great team of trainers that cater for all skill levels but most importantly its fun and never gets boring. Get involved ! Thanks for creating a healthy happy environment to get fit and keep fit.

Friendly & welcoming atmosphere. Egos left at the door. Everyone welcomed regardless of your previous experience. Whether you join for fitness or boxing you will be mentored and coached by a top class group of coaches and that includes Justin. Highly recommend this gym - it’s more like a family.

What a great experience we all had, for the St Patrick's Festival White Collar Boxing fundraiser on the 1st December (24 fighters, 8 weeks camp, 800 plus attending, a great success).You couldn't find a more helpful, enthusiastic bunch of trainers. Having done a WCB event previously the training was a different level every week we learned more of the nuances of boxing. The difference between this gym and others is they really want you to progress as a boxer, person and to get out what you specifically want. So if its weight loss, boxing, fitness, friends, competition or just to get active this is the number one for you, it was for me. Thanks Justin and crew.

After giving f45 and other boxing gyms a go i joined Lacey's straight after my first trial. Laceys 47 is the best and hardest workout! The trainers are amazing, the classes are fun and you will see results in no time!Had to cancel my membership as I moved to Melbourne early this year. Looked for a similar gym EVERYWHERE and decided to join lacey's again. No other gym is that good! I'm a flight attendant and try to fly to Perth once or twice per week just so I can train at Lacey's!

Lacey’s has such a welcoming environment that makes you feel like part of a big family! The trainers are amazing, friendly and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Each trainer brings their own spark to the sessions which makes the classes feel more personal and that you’re not doing the same thing day in day out! This makes you want to keep coming back.I’ve been going for about 3 years now and before that struggled to stay at a gym longer than a month!! Highly recommend!

We had our son’s birthday party at Lacey’s. It was a great success. The kids loved it and so did the parents. Will definitely recommend Lacey’s! Thank you Jon, Jack and Charlie!
