Tried calling them 6 times to rectify a mistake I made on the app and figured out they have a recording of someone saying 'hi this is subway how can I help?' And then it's silence and after 23 seconds you get hung up on. Unbelievably disgusting practice and you should be ashamed of yourselves.How am I supposed to rectify a mistake when the only option to fix or cancel my order is through calling? Why even bother.

HORRIBLE!Firstly I understand there was 1 person cooking and 1 person serving.I watched her make a sandwich guy asks for jalapeños she just puts it on his sandwich in two piles. - wasn’t spread evenly.My turn - I asked for a sub box , she said sure , starts making them.I ordered two sandwiches one fresh and one toasted.She then proceeds to put my chicken not heated in my sub and then proceeds to ask if I want my chicken heated? Of course I do! WHAT?In between this she’s serving other people while my sandwich is sitting there waiting.She was so rude , and was asking things so quietly then would pretty much tell it at me, don’t go here it’s horrible.

The subway here gives me full loaded footlongs every time I ask for all salads except for jalapenos. It struggles to keep itself together and I love it! I like my footlongs thiccSome other subways are too cautious with the salad loading and I just get skinny footlongs.

Absolutely horrible! The girl at the counter was very rude! Got the order totally wrong! The sandwich itself looked disgusting! I asked for mayo and got BBQ sauce! Didn’t ask for carrot and I got a sandwich full of it. Straight in the bin it went!

I got a toasted wrap delivered to work as i had forgotten my wallet at home. The wrap was in the same small bag as my 600ml drink, which completely crushed the wrap. Since the wrap was toasted and the drink was cold the wrap became soggy. The best part was that i had to eat it because it was the only food I had for breakfast and lunch. Safe to say it was totally disgusting and you should package your food better. I never eat at subway either so it was a total bummer, but don't worry I'll be back...Just won't be ordering wraps for delivery!

Terrible service can't even get a order right irded from them using menu log got order wrong when we called subway she wanted charge us for another one when she got order wrong first time then she expects us go by transport to go get another one when I'm no where near spring hill meanwhile she kept hanging up on us not happy

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering (through UberEats). I ordered an Italian BMT. The only meat I got was a thin slice of what may have been bacon. I got literally one spinach leaf (on a footlong). Then when I complained I hadn’t got what I’d ordered, I received a message saying it can be disappointing when portion control isn’t to your liking. It was ultimately resolved with UberEats. I can’t believe the franchisor doesn’t do something about this store.

So I decided to try the meatball sub which looks awesome on adds, go this Spring Hill subway and it was the dirtiest subway I’ve ever seen, no onions, no cucumber. Very little meatballs put on subway.This place needs to be inspected for health or just close it. If subway management don’t do something about then you need to change your adds as it’s false advertising. It definitely should be rated as the most disgusting subway in Australia, never been somewhere so grosse and untrained,Recommend do not go there

The girl working on the 11th of Feb at 5:30pm was the rudest girl I’ve ever come across. Didn’t ask if I wanted to toasted and rushed me so she could go back on her phone. I will never be going here again.
