A no nonsense, traditional barbershop with very VERY modest prices.T&Bs barbershop is absent of obnoxious electronic music preferring the white noise of news reporting in the background.The banter isn’t incessant chatting but focused, relevant and topical commentary that you embraces silence with the same importance as conversation.The barbershop itself effortlessly achieves what their high end competitors are attempting to capture; the difference between the two is that T&Bs is authentic and sincere whereas there high end barbershop counterparts lack the same sincerity.T&Bs barbershop was refreshing in its traditional way. I have been having my hair styled by Billy for 30 years. He does not rush, takes his time and great to talk to. He values his customers. Billy has a kind heart to those a little down on their luck. After hours he is known to cut hair to some of his former customers now in aged care. A relaxed atmosphere in his shop with pay tv to watch while waiting in very comfortable lounge chairs. Support a local business. If you have never been, you have nothing to lose but your hair.

Been going to Tassos & Billy's for about 20 years after first going in for a haircut when I lived in the area (I still go even though I live far away). I may have some grey hair now but I have not stopped going back.As a regular, I don't have to say anything to Billy about my hair - he knows what to do and just does it. I recall a long time ago (about 15 years ago), I told Billy to change my hair style and he did and I have kept it that way since.This is the place for both young and old and for all rugby league supporters - particularly Roosters' supporters; or for some good-hearted banter if you are a supporter of other rugby league teams.This barber shop is part of the fabric of Kingsford - just like Churchill's bar, Ayam Goreng 99, etc. and personally I have seen small things from this business in supporting the area - including letting university students put some promos in the shop; volunteering to travel to particular older, less able local, regular/loyal customers to provide haircuts.

My dad and I have been going to Billy's for many years. He is more than a barber. He helped me buy my first home. Funnily, enough, Tasso helped my dad also buy his first home.He is attentive, kind and cuts my hair amazingly each time. Thank you for running a great business and for providing so many nuggets of wisdom over the years.
