Come on time, price reasonable.

Called for a quote, accepted quote after asking for an ETA. Was advised an ETA of “within 60-80 minutes”Sounded reasonable so I accepted. At the 70 minute mark I checked in to get an updated ETA (my phone was going to die) I was told 25 more minutes. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes with no truck turning up, I called again and was advised that “the driver will call me within 5 minutes” 10 mins later, my phone rang (I even went and bought a charger to charge my phone) I was advised by the driver that he was still 40 minutes away. I’m absolutely disgusted as when I spoke with the person who booked me in I was told “sorry traffic, nothing we can do”. I was misled with an arrival time so that I didn’t book with another company. When the driver arrived he hooked up my vehicle promptly, which was good, but on the drive he spent the entire time FaceTiming friends or family while driving.Moral of the story, the driver was friendly enough, but only book with these guys if you have a spare 3-4 hours to kill.
