Everyone here has been super friendly and eager to help since the day I first walked through these doors. I've been here for roughly 2 years now for checkups on my braces, and I'm making great progress! As much as Dr. Shastri has helped me on my journey, I have to appreciate ALL of the staff for their outstanding service.

Brilliant service from the entire practitioners and staff. Quiet welcoming and friendly too. Dr Shaneel Shastri is very knowledgeable and was great with both children providing them with their braces. If I could give Dr Shaneel 10/10 I would. I will be recommending The Look to everyone. Had to get my daughter's braces done and I'm low budget to be saving for a deposit. One place required $1600 up front and $2000 more than than The Look. Here I went on an appointment said yes got her braces on the second appointment and a month later first instalment. Appointments were quick and easy. No extra cost from the agreed amount. My daughter's teeth look amazing. I'm so happy. I Couldn't have asked for more.

My daughter has been visiting the look orthodontics for over a year now and I am very pleased with the final outcome of her Teeth. Every appointment upon arriving we were always greeted with care and a warm presence. Shaneel always was informative with every step of the way and even when things would happen as a matter of urgency we were never turned away, always made a priority. The results of my daughters Teeth were amazing beyond what I thought the outcome would be. Very happy with the entirety of this process !

The Look Orthodontics are the best in the business. I came to them feeling so self conscious about my bottom teeth and in only 9 months my bottom teeth were completely changed! Every appointment I had was pleasant and they were always so accommodating to me and my needs.
