Matthew from Jade pool has been fantastic since the beginning when I starting exploring my pool options. Ours being a side to side and front to back slope it is a difficult site. He has provide me with best and most technical knowledge about council rules and saved me a headache. He is most upfront not pushy and uses top quality equipment. What other pool builders called upgrades (and try to pay you more money) Matthew from Jade provide them as standard.Jade Pools deserve a 7* Star rating and I can’t wait to see my pool being built from them.

What a great experience with Jade Pools we have had. After finally settling on a concrete pool over fibreglass, we contracted Jade Pools to get our beautiful hole in the ground started.From day 1 Matt and his team have had great clear communication, kept promises, and ensured our project was moving as best as possible (2022 was fraught with challenges thanks to a wet weather system that hampered the year)The end result is a gorgeous pool that is literally exactly what we were after. I got 3 quotes and Matt not only stuck to his quote but wouldn’t waiver from it. He knew exactly each and every process that needed to be done and clearly communicated thoughout the process. My pool was a renovation as we had a concrete structure already. We went for a magnapool and we are delighted. It did take longer than expected but that was our doing as we delayed the project. My only suggestion is too clearly list all the stage deliverables so you are comfortable with the process. Matt will help you with this and list these stages in the contract. Make sure you are happy with the variations charges. Matt could have charged me extra for some of the variances but we exchanged and swapped costs in an open and professional manner. Like any business negotiation be polite and respectful and you too will be happy.Well done Matt and the team and thank you.

We have had the pool now for over a year and we are super happy with the result. The build and excavation was as expected with a few challenges and extras due to the location. We were always kept up to date and everything was explained thoroughly. Matt and Robyn were always available for advice after the handover and would recommend Jade Pools to anyone thinking on installing a pool.

Jade pools were very responsive from the quote through to completion. We love our renovated pool. Work was completed well and professional advice on how to complete our pool renovation was always spot on and very helpful. The electrical contractor was difficult to work with however Jade were able to more than adequately assist to resolve any issues. Overall, the quality of work and customer service provided by Jade was well managed and the results are superb.
