didn’t spend one minute unconscious despite the synopsis describing so nor did we spend a minute arguing but was a fantastic time and would bring my daughter if i have any bad news to break to her.

Got to try out the Magician’s Code room some weeks back with a couple of friends, and I’ve gotta say that I’m impressed with the top notch service provided by Nat, and had an overall great experience at the venue. Some puzzles do in fact put friendships to the test, demanding teamwork and efficient communication to be able to tackle the challenging tasks.I’ll be back to give the other rooms a go10/10 would recommend

Excellent Customer Service the minute you walk in the front door. We completed the Magicians Code, very well themed and cleverly thought out. Then we completed the Vault, again everything fit into place and was well thought out.Thank you for a great experience, we will be back. Can't wait for your new location/rooms to open too.

Don’t enjoy escape rooms where it’s a puzzle is tedious to pass and not based on logic or problem solving. We spent at least 30 mins wasting time on something towards the start knowing what to do and just couldn’t execute (and confirmed with staff) that there was no other way to do it.Managed to complete all the rest of the puzzles and escape in the remaining 20 mins so it also wasn’t very difficult. The storyline was anticlimactic and so was the escape.Staff also weren’t great at communicating at various points (before, during and after).We’ve done plenty of escape rooms, and this was set up very well. It had the potential but in the end was just lacking which was extremely disappointing.

We have now done 2 rooms here. The first we needed a hint and this one today no hint and out in 36mins. Very good puzzles and we love these rooms. Highly recommend and the staff are great. We will be back for the last soon.

Love a good escape room and would give this one a 3.5 out of 5.The rooms are well appointed, but very tired looking and need a maintenance overhaul. Waited till our second visit to see if it was a one off, but unfortunately both rooms felt the same.One of the puzzles in our first visit required someone to come in to complete. On our second visit a puzzle was TBA as to if it was out of play or not reset because the clues were not removed from the room but the puzzle was open on entry.Staff are super friendly, the atmosphere on entry sets a great tone - however the counter is a standing counter and talking down to the top of a staff members head isn’t great for player engagement.Escaped both rooms and yes, would go back.

Edit: we spoke with Kelsey, she assured us that our previous room was to a new trainee not double checking the room beforehand. Understandable, these things happen from time to time. We came back and she encouraged us to try The Magicians Code - 10/10 would recommend. Happy to say we enjoyed our time and will be back to try the other rooms!Very disappointed, staff failed to set the room up properly and the biggest puzzle to escape was basically already solved.. escaped the room prematurely and was left confused and unsatisfied. No compensations, we were only offered extra time to solve the last puzzle - when we already had 20 minutes left on timer.

Have done all the 3 rooms here, had so much fun so far :) Staff are always friendly.
