The supporting team (seems like a set up in India ) promised they would ring me back the next day and no one rang me back for two days. Another guy was so rude- almost seems like he doesn't care he has this job or not. After I expressed how terrible the service then got somewhere. It is not acceptable while they charging $80 per month (almost $1000 per year!!!)for ongoing fee for the supports and there is hardly any supports.

Really disapointed with these guys. The support takes forever to get anything done if you can ever ever get anything done, every year this happens and every year we spend days without our pos and days trying to get them to sort it out and hours on the phone with support, waiting on the phone. The pain oh the pain

I have been really happy with my experience with Impos. Locally owned and really helpful when I have needed tech support. I felt like they really cared and were quick to help. Happily recommend these guys.

We Used this POS System for over a Year with 4 Ipads.It is extremely unreliable. Ever heard of a Ghost Check ?? Well you'll learn about it when you use this system. It means an open bill that you cant find on the system. Oh and you will have to fork out $200+ a month if you want it fixed. The catch is, that they will lodge your case and fix it when they can. Yes they know there is a problem. Its a bug and you'll need an upgrade. After about 6 of these in one Year, still no solution.I've been in the Industry for a long time, and I just can't believe that I fell for their system integration sales pitch, etc..Don't waste your money like I did. I'm buying another system, that can provide me with reliability and doesn't compromise the financial discipline in my business.

Software pretty good but their implementation and project management is appalling. Their install of an additional terminal left us floundering for 2 full days due to poor planning, poor project management and poor follow up. Tech support guys super helpful but after the fact unfortunately. Still issues. They have caused us loss and additional costs. I would not recommend them.

Great system, easy to use and straightforward. There reporting and stock taking are great tools that save a lot of time. Additionally for any issues the support team is great to deal with

I have used Impos in my hospitality businesses for over 6years and their system and service is amazing. Just the other day my tolls went down during service because a new staff member turned off the main terminal - they had us back up and running in minutes. My favourite part of Impos is the reporting feature. I would highly recommend to anyone in hospitality!!

Great company. Been using impos for many years in both my shops and nothing’s ever gone wrong. It’s great that they have hospo people working there which is a must when you’re dealing with angry chefs!
