I just become a customer only a few years ago. The service is outstanding and I like the fact that you can make requests on action figures that are not available on the website.I have made about 3 requests, among my other orders, and was very happy each time they were fulfilled.It's a great place to shop for action figures, friendly, helpful staff and recommended.

Disappointed order came with the box damaged and coated in dust and grime. The box it was shipped in was too tight a fit for the box not sure if the damage was from the warehouse or from shipping. Was able to fix with a bit of steam and some pressure but overall pretty disappointing especially for a collector.

I have to give Sugo Toys a 5/5 star review. I have purchased multiple statues from them and majority of times, I have been left satisfied. My most recent experience was frightened when a statue arrived with major fitment issues. However, Sugotoys were happy enough for me to bring the statue back to the warehouse and have it assessed by the team. Once the item was found to be defective, I was issued with a full refund. This experience has pushed me to provide them with a fantastic review, because there are no other resin statue suppliers around who would provide this level of customer service. my purchase was shipped out quickly and the variety of payment plans was a plus too!figure arrived in great condition and im glad a snagged a limited one!! also got a sticker i didn't expect but i liked itim a first time buyer from sugo toys and will definitely be purchasing from them again

Very happy with how this figure turned out. Sugo Toys have some of the best prices I've found from Aussie retailers and that's the main reason I keep coming back. Plus the convenience of paying in direct-debit instalments, which is a rarity with online retailers. This figure had an original slated release date around 9 months before I actually received it, which admittedly I found a little disheartening, but ultimately delays like that just happen, and it wasn't Sugo Toys' fault as much as (probably) a manufacturing/supply issue.

What can I say that hasn't been said already? Such a great place to buy your collectables. Always a good experience. Perfectly packaged and ships out fast. Customer service on point. I ask a question and it's answered. I feel completely at ease with pre-orders too. I've had a few already that ship as soon as they get them in stock. I've still got a few more on pre-order and I'm not worried about when they'll get here. I know my stuff is in good hands.20 out of 10!
