Bernie helped me recover my files from a dead laptop. He tried to diagnose the problem for a fix but alas no luck, it was dead. I have used Bernie's PC Troubleshooters four times now and got satisfaction every time. But; the most satisfying thing about this bloke; is his down to earth nature and he ALWAYS tells the truth [ even though it hurts peoples' egos sometime} but this is preferable to being robbed ; I think that you shall agree!!! Just remember; that even after 27 years in the business , he is not JC and the fact that computers become more complicated and subject to change, EVERY DAY and even the world's best technicians, cannot keep up with the changes!!
