Each class is different across the week to ensure the full range of mobility, power, and strength and conditioning exercises are covered. If anyone is looking for something different, this is for you. I was tired of gyms where you were judged. I wanted a trainer that listened to my concerns about my changing body, mind and eating habits.I wanted to change everything, but with Nat’s help I realised that change was constant. One thing I learnt right at the beginning of my journey when I was 38, would be different today now that I am 46.I do one of Nat’s resets every year. This allows me to check within… to make sure that I am staying on top of me. I also learn something new about myself each time as goals change.Just remember you can get as little or as much from one of Nat’s resets, but I guarantee you will be changed at the end of your journey.
