Very disappointed with service todayAsked how much a packet of smokes was told $54:15Ticket on product was $54:15 Purchased them and as it went through eftpos noticed I was charged $55:95 I asked for refund (cheaper at food land) before staff member even gave them to me and was told no !It is illegal to refuse a refund especially before I have left the store or received my purchase.I was told I could exchange for something else but no refund!This is not the first time I have had trouble with this team member , once before he refused to take payment of cash and told me he would only except eftposFrom now on I would rather pay an extra $10 and go to another store than step foot into an establishment where you ripped off customers instead of honouring prices that are on products

ripoff ! order and pay for one thing get another worth $50 less then they wont exchange because i have no receipt..can go to hell as far as im concerned ill go elsewhere
