They came to remove a piano from my house for a customer and was about 30 minutes late, wearing no mask and asked to use my restroom (while we're not supposed to have people inside due to covid19!).Then he proceeded to get aggravated when I expressed my apologies because I am unable to let him in to the garage, he walked away to a car that had a trailer making snarky remarks like Ill be back when I can then".Upon returning kept telling me how long he has been a piano technician (not that I asked) performed an analysis as he was supposed to

My piano was moved with extreme care and attention. Jim and his family were very friendly and nice to deal with. They also removed all packing materials and rubbish and left the room ready to use. In addition, they assisted me with placement and answered any general questions I had.I would absolutely highly recommend these folks to anyone moving a piano after this experience. Thanks guys and keep up the great work! :)

Jim and his sons were lovely to work with. Emails were responded to promptly and Jim was accommodating with the lack of photos which I only managed to provide at the last minute. I've moved my piano twice , both times with Jim and he does not fail to provide great reliable service.

I only needed a piano moved from upstairs to downstairs I and was quite concerned. The communication over the phone was precise with asking number of steps and requesting a couple of photos. The move went extremely well. It was literally a 'fine tuned' move down the stairs and i needn't have worried. You could see that they had done this many a time before and they were very careful. As a bonus they even fixed some keys which didn't produce any sound prior to the move. Yes, I would recommend JM Removals as a reliable family business.

JM and sons piano movers is amazing. It was a tough job as it needs to go up a flight of steps but they managed to do it. We ave contacted other piano movers and they rejected the job because of its complexity but JM and sons did it. Awesome job guys

Jim and the boys did an amazing job transporting a baby grand piano across Melbourne. They were professional and did the job quickly and effectively. I found them easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions and even provided us with some advice. The pricing was very good too. I would definitely recommend them.
