I am the purchaser of a Unit in East Toowoomba. Jacqui and her team acted on behalf of the vendor/developer.It was a tricky transaction as it was an off-the-plan purchase and took much longer to reach a settlement than was originally expected. This delay was beyond the control of all parties but was extremely frustrating.Jacqui and her team were very professional but at the same time, extremely personable and communicative. In every interaction with Jacqui, she was immediately responsive to my requests and concerns. She was unfailingly positive, obliging, and courteous.
