We went to Feast for dinner, Unfortunately we had a few things go wrong but the staff were absolutely amazing, went out of their way to ensure we were helped etc. Would go back here in a heartbeat. Loved the food, the atmosphere and the amazing staff. Highly recommend!!

Extremely favourable venue. Excellent feed at the buffet. Caring and friendly hosts. Family friendly. I would highly recommend Feasts at Springwood hotel. We will be back.

The worker there, James, is hands down the best in customer service. I've never experienced an arrival like that. The way he handles the room and is so nice to his customers, is 2nd to none.. Springwood Hotel - You have a gem on your hands! Keep up the great work James!

Went to the feast for dinner Sunday night, the dining time is 90mins, however by the time the line cleared it was roughly 60mins. The food was nice, however the reason for this rating was there were mice in the restaurant seating area which caused a guest to scream in fear (I would too) that's the last thing you'd ever want to see when eating dinner.The feast can better improve tgeir ratings and the overall experience by either opening the doors a little earlier to clear out the line, or make a second entrance to help the line move quicker. And to earn there rating (I was approached during dinner to give a 5star rating, but have since changed my mind given the mice incident and the lack of earning for the 5 star rating) I also preferred when the feast had the little booth seating areas, but it seems they've been pulled out (in the area where the mice were spotted). I had to repeat myself a few times asking the staff for a jug of water- and I understand they were busy, or were doing things, but don't say you'll do something and then not do it then come and ask me to give you a 5star rating. The feast could be alot better and I'm hoping they improve and take this review into consideration

The best part of the Springwood hotel was Feast. An all you can eat buffet of foods from around the world, including seafood. My family loved the experience, and we definitely will return.

The rooms are so comfortable and beds so soft, The shower head is the best and the service even better, location couldn’t be any better as you’re in walking distance of almost anything you’ll need from groceries, fast food, pub, gym and everything thing else in between. My family go to the feast restaurant often and haven’t found a better buffet yet! The staff are always polite and accomodating. If I could give more stars I would!

It was a lovely day with delicious food. The only negative was being asked to leave at 1pm when we only wanted to stay and talk. No other spot was available for our group of 20 to sit and mingle. The food was a good price and the atmosphere was great.

I was there for the feast restaurant. Awesome place. Great value for money and there's a playground and time zone for the kids. Great food. seafood, refills for drinks
