The technical support from the team at Naked Pools (Tim) has been so swift and helpful. Tim was concise and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions as a newer pool owner. Could not love my pool more!

The water is beautiful to swim in but unless you want your pool to eventually copper plate don’t install. It has cost a fortune to replace filtration system and clean the pool

I have never dealt with a company so focused on customer service in my life. The response to any question is answered almost immediately and the company take the time to explain everything to make sure the customer (me) is completely satisfied. As for the product, if I was to build another pool the NAKED SYSTEM would be the first item specified, it is fantastic. I can only give Naked Pools 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars for product and support and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done Naked Pools

Hands down the best investment my wife and I have made in our home. We installed the naked pool system after experiencing it at a family members pool, after being told not to use this product from several pool shops we decided to pull the trigger and install it and see for ourselves the difference. The pool has never been clearer, the water is incredibly soft and makes spending time in the pool a joy. To go from a salt water pool to this set up is like chalk and cheese, we haven’t had any problems and can’t fault it one bit. We would highly recommend this system to anyone wanting have a freshwater pool.

Three years ago we decided to include a pool with our new home build. Our previous experience has been with saltwater pools, and we were a bit apprehensive when asked to consider a Freshwater system. Best decision we ever made. The Naked system makes it so easy to own a pool, plus the water is definitely like freshwater. The quality of the product, and the support, also removes any concerns or fears for the uninitiated. Well Done Naked Pools.

Seven years ago, we purchased a Naked Pool systems for our pool and water pond feature. As with all new customers the service and expertise were fabulous.May 2023, A quick phone call to Tim (QLD) the technician regarding a replacement screen (due to serve weather conditions on the surf coast in Melbourne) Tim was through, supportive and thinking outside the box as to who to manage this without delay or impact on my system. His attention to detail and follow up approach via email, going way beyond any service I have ever had.Darren to the rescue. Darren originally installed the system in 2016. Drove from Melbourne to replace my screen and while he was here, did a quick once over on both systems. All this done with a great attitude, happy smile, and expertise.I didn’t think this kind customer service existed. We love our Naked Pool, and the after-service team is amazing. You don’t get many companies being able to back their product with quick action. Naked Swim system is truly amazing.We are first time pool owners and made the decision to go with the Naked Swim system after talking to a few people.The customer service from the team at Naked Swim has been amazing.To get in the pool with fresh clean water day in and day out is perfect.No chlorine smell on your bathers and your skin feels like you’ve just had a shower.Could not be happier with our decision and happy to talk to anyone that is looking into the system.

We have had our system now for a full two seasons and are wrapped with our decision to go with the no chemical solution. Our whole family loves the crystal-clear water all year round. Highly recommended.

After owning a Naked system for 18 months, I can say that for my pool it has never been able to keep the bacteria away. We built a brand-new home with a pool and have only been able to swim in it a handful of times, which was usually within 5 days of constantly refilling it in the past 18 months. My pool, which is fully tiled with mosaics and white grout faces North and we are located on the Gold Coast and this system simply cannot keep up in the warmer climates to fight bacteria. My tiles and grout go black after 10 days and after thousands spent, over 15 pools tests, multiple acid washes, pool draining, refills and visits from Naked Staff we finally made the decision to remove the system. Naked first changed the flow direction of water, then they tried increasing the Naked output but this was it, in their words they couldn’t do anymore for me as they maxed their settings. Additionally, i thought i was reasonable and gave Naked the opportunity to work with my conditions to better their product for other customers and asked for a refund of 50% and now they deny the responsibility and want nothing to do with it because I choose to remove the system on my own. Furthermore, Naked said they would have liked to be more involved but hey after 18 months of little to no swimming and weekly visits to the pool shop, I wasn’t going to waste more time and another summer and deny my kids more time away from their pool. Naked offered to continue coming to my house and getting more involved but constantly draining the pool to acid wash the black grout to then refill has been very stressful and expensive. Finally, having had multiple discussions with various Gold Coast pool shops, their own distributors, unfortunately this is common so I would certainly ring around before you make your decision. It may work in other environments, it also may work in the colder months of the year so dont get a false sense of hope but certainly not at mine, unless you want to add 10 litres of chlorine in it per week because thats what we had to do if we wanted to swim.
