The lady at the store seemed to get annoyed when I didn't want to take up on various offers. I walked into the store, made my choice of gift pack for a Christmas gift, proceeded to counter where commencement of transaction was greeted with a offer to sign up - I stated no thank you. Immediately then the lady said 'Are you sure? You'd be missing out on our offers and discounted prices! Are you sure? Are you sure?' Then after saying no again, she said 'If you spend an extra $5 then you can buy this small gift pack for an extra $25!' I said no thank you again and that I was only interested in buying the gift pack that I had given her. She was too pushy and demanding and made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Will not be going back - will probably buy something similar from David Jones instead.

Very disappointed to find a careless and ride staff today because usually I have a great experience shopping at Miranda store... unfortunately Anna changed this and I will have to let this store go. I tried to go on a relaxing day out but unfortunately Anna was like talking to a wall. Never expected to find someone with so little care for customers services. Plus she refused to share some examples for my teenager daughters to try and test new products. So weird !

I have been buying gifts for my girlfriend from this store for quite sometime now. My recent visit was a stand out!I was served by Evie, she was honest and knows what she is selling, great service and great sense of humour too!!Great team will be back for more.

They provide a legendary proper service to the white people. However, I'm not. So no service or even greeting at all. Just block the entrance with shopping cart when Asians passing by. Weird. I would suggest if you are not white enough, use their online store instead.

Really friendly boutique, love that the girls always ask if you want to try samples.

I went in with a friend just out of curiosity and was helped by Julie who was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the products. She showed us many different scents based off of our interests and given that I love citrus, I ended up getting the Verveine Agrumes Eau de Toilette. It ended up being a really fun experience to try everything thanks to Julie.
